职位介绍
1) Tolling Production Supporting
Arrangement, Orders, Reservations of raw materials inclusive. internal orders
Controlling of resources necessary for tolling production
Controlling of the intermediate product stream
Impact of quality control
Factory data capture
Release inside work transport
Master data management
PO creation and release, order following
Payment application
2) Customer order completion
Time limitation of the customer orders
Date monitoring of customer orders
Advise the transmissions at customer/ Carrier/ Warehouseman (in accordance with Regular customer concept)
Allocation from beginning to customer order
Stock check for materials
Inventory control
3) CARTRIDGE MANAGEMENT
a) Responsibility for internal approval process of new cartridge products (not SAP related)
exchange information with PD / TM / QK / SCM / Production
collect feedback and also approval of above mentioned departments
get the details information of business details and Layout
preparation of layout inclusive transfer to supplier and collection of all business details e.g. Planning Guide (coordination between above mentioned departments or customers )
b) Responsibility for SAP creation process
SAP creation – coordination of MAF
Coordination of layout handling of workflow with purchaser and supplier, initiation of first packaging order
Check of availability of all recipe items for the first production
Check of completeness - additional information in BOM, all data maintained in SAP including ETIK data – smooth first production
c) Responsibility for maintenance of existing cartridge business
Change in workflow , necessary adjustments and troubleshooting– new supplier, new specification, new equipment in production
change by customer demand – layout or packaging issues – coordination to be able to implement this demand
Exit from a business - – coordination of necessary steps including discussion with customer (PL) about the residual stock
Coordination of activities for production shift to other location
4) System supporting
Material master data maintain
5) Team supporting
Training the new staff with the knowhow
As a planning deputy when the planning manager out office.

Specifications and Requirements:

Education
College or University, economic, chemical background (preferred)


Experience
2 years work experience on MRP.


Language
English very good Chinese preferred German helpful


Computer Windows, Word, Excel, Power point, Internet , ERP (SAP) required
