职位介绍
Generally responsible for IPN&PET block production line process development, capital projects, optimizing production process, improving production line capacity in efficiency, reducing process safety risk and production cost, and improving products quality.
主要负责IPN&PET板材生产线工艺开发，投资项目，生产线优化生产工艺，改善及提高生产线产能提升及效率，降低生产工艺的安全风险系数与生产成本，改善及提高产品质量。
1) To lead the PET&IPN block production line related layout, capacity, cost (process related), process planning (include process parameter, equipment specification, recipe, FPY related) and continuous improvement.
负责PET&IPN block生产线相关的生产线布局、产能、成本（工序相关的）以及工艺规划（包括工艺参数、设备参数、配方、一次通过率等）和持续改善
2) Responsible for PET&IPN block production line related new process, new products, new material, new recipe, automation, and new equipment develop, access, launch, and implement.
负责PET&IPN block生产线相关的新工艺、新产品、新材料、新配方、自动化、和新设备的开发、评估、试制、与推行。
3) Review and address PET&IPN daily basis related issues raised for efficiency, process defects, material issue, machine breakdown, product quality issue, and safety EHS related, take corrective actions and prevent the problems recurrence.
回顾和解决PET&IPN产线与效率、工艺缺陷、材料问题、机器故障、产品质量和安环有关的问题，采取纠正措施，防止再发.
4) Develop and robust PET&IPN process based on ergonomics concept, improve product quality, reduce scrap rate, and improve productivity, update related SOP/WI documentation, and support new operators’ training.
基于人机工程的理念开发和完善PET&IPN生产工艺，提高产品质量，减少产品报废率，提升生产率；相关的标准作业指导书的更新，支持生产线新员工的培训。
5) Responsible for process requirements of equipment, participate in making the specification of new equipment, and take charge of supplier assess, FAT, installation commissioning and SAT for PET&IPN block equipment.
负责设备的工艺参数，参与新高管技术要求制定，供应商评估，交货前验收、安装、调试与验收工作。
6) Lead technical support, launch to smooth volume production for new Capex Investment project in PET&IPN block production line, and supervise the project execution effect to achieve quality, cost and delivery goals of the project.
主导PET&IPN block产线的新投资项目技术支持、试产到平稳量产，监督项目执行效果，实现项目的质量、成本和交付目标
7) Ensure that all Health & Safety requirements are fulfilled in accordance with the responsibilities defined in the Company Safety Statement. Participate in the development, implementation and maintenance of the Heath & Safety system, and work with EHS to ensure the completion of all Job Safety Analysis of PET&IPN block production line.

8) Participate in the development, implementation and maintenance of the quality system, customer complaint analysis and actions implementation

其它说明
1) Bachelor degree or above, majored in IE, automatic mechanical manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering/IE or equivalent;
本科以上学历，工业工程、机械自动化工程、机械工程等相关专业;
2) More than 10 years’ working experience in MFG industry, and minimum 6 years process engineering&process development experience is must.
10年以上制造业经验，至少6年以上工艺工程及工艺开发工作经验；
3) Solid working experience of 5S and visualization management, six sigma knowledge is preferred.
具备5S，可视化管理的知识及经验，具备六西格玛经验者优先
4) Good analytical skill and hands on trouble shoot, and problem solving skill for the process related.
良好的分析能力与故障解决能力，以及工艺相关解决问题的能力
5) Good experience on lean manufacturing (layout, continuous flow, VSM, etc.) is prefered.
良好的精益生产（产线布局、连续流、价值流程图等工具）工作经验优先。
