职位介绍
ROLE PURPOSE:
Optimize production efficiency and process, develop relevant layout optimization with Lean philosophy.


MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Tools design to support production process, prepare the proposal to implement it.

•Production cost reduction by production process improvement using lean philosophy.

•Use Lean production methodology or IE technology to improve productions;

•Optimize the currently production equipment process to automation production

•Reasonable consider the material flow, process, and value flow for workshop layout

•Optimize the current equipment and machine to more automatic and efficiency.

•Record and calculate the current standard working hours, establish the standard direct hours counting system.

•Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

1. High level experience in a similar production environment in metal or Machinery Company.
2. Engineer with technical background
3. Fluent skills in office software and presentation,.
4. Automation design and implement skills
5. Strong IE skills and Lean project experiences
6. Teamwork player
