职位介绍
1. Cost control, including DM and IDM.
2. 2nd sourcing for unique, long lead time and critical materials..
3. Supplier selection and performance evaluation, including quality score card and annual audit.
4. Supplier quality improvement and relationship development.
5. Develop and maintain sourcing strategies in comply with Global Sourcing Policy.
6. Extend the responsibilities to support APAC region sourcing activities, meanwhile help to manage global suppliers which based in APAC region to support business growth.

Education:
- Bachelor"s degree; Majored in textile, mechanical, international trades.

Experience:
- At least 5 year’s sourcing experiences in multinational companies.

Knowledge & Skills:
- Good command at Oracle system and MS Office
- Excellent negotiation skills with strong knowledge of sourcing strategies
- Good at communication, negotiation and problem solving
- Works effectively under pressure & deadlines with an ability to balance and manage supply risk
- Must have strong interpersonal skills & ability to build strong relationships both internally & externally
- Good command of English
