职位介绍
职责概述工作任务
一、订单制定1、负责审核并接收订单，准确及时完成制作订单，导入相应的套餐及名单。
二、套餐管理1、负责体检系统制作个性套餐，完成系统内各类个性化要求的操作更新及审核，并有效地控制套餐折扣范围；
2、负责本地订单检中新增名单及套餐维护、赠送体检项目等事务。
三、报价审核1、负责核实销售报价的折扣及费用比例，并在检中、检后为销售人员进行后期费用比例调整及套餐项目的更新；
2、负责协助销售人员整理核价，检查项目代码及项目价格是否准确，核查套餐内项目的可行性，形成完整报价。
四、异地业务1、负责与异地公司进行对接，为异地业务开展提供必要的资料，及时将异地订单的处理情况反馈给销售部门；
2、负责与异地公司进行对接检中加人、排期等相关事宜；
3、负责全国单的业务对账。
五、费用审核1、负责为销售人员填写各类单据（如费用申请单）；
2、负责审核销售管理津贴、活动经费等绩效奖金。
六、资料归档1、负责订单、三联单、销售合同的登记、装订、归档；
2、负责协助销售人员查找合同及订单。
七、信息管理1、负责发放体检卡（储值卡、凭证卡），将体检卡信息准确录入系统；
2、负责分时段生成预约信息和上传体检信息数据。
八、特殊情况处理1、负责处理前台登记错误或数据异常情况，及时与前台或护士长进行沟通；
2、负责各体检中心前台无名单客户的沟通与确认。

专业知识/技能1、熟悉公司销售政策和体检服务流程；
2、熟练使用office办公软件。
