职位介绍
The main responsibility of this position is taking responsibility of overall kits factory management in company, manage and monitor kits production related activities to reach operations target through continual improvement.
负责套材工厂的管理工作，通过持续优化，管理和监控生产相关的活动，达成公司级别的运营管理目标.
1)To achieve the kits plant safety, quality, productivity, cost, delivery, and people morale related target through closing coordination with Ops functional manager.
通过与其它运营职能经理的密切协作，达成kits工厂的安全、质量、生产效率、成本、交付、及员工士气等目标
2)Monitor and review implementation of company EHS standards to ensure compliance, and risk free production.
监督和审查公司EHS标准的执行情况，以确保符合要求与无风险生产。
3)Driving Kits plant daily morning meeting and other regular meeting, review and address on the basis issues raised for efficiency, process defects, material issue, machine breakdown and safety related.
主持kits工厂每日晨会与其它例会，回顾和解决与效率、工艺缺陷、材料问题、机器故障和安全有关的问题。
4)Development of appropriate processes of lean concept to manage production capacity, order handling, and inventory based on quality, delivery time and cost saving principle, enhance production operation in order to optimize productivity and business growth.
根据质量、交货时间和成本节约原则，以精益的理念制定适当的流程来管理生产能力、订单处理和库存，
提高生产运营能力，以优化生产力和业务增长
5)Understands and implements the factory development targets and strategies, driving manufacturing and quality performance management and improvement, Lead, direct and control the day to day manufacturing activities of kits factory to meet operations objectives and commercial demand.
了解和实施工厂的发展目标和战略，推动制造和质量绩效管理和改进，领导、指导和控制kits工厂的日常制
造活动，以满足运营目标和商业需求。
6)Continuous improvement and optimization of quality and process, solve and analyze the root causes of production problems and prevent the problems recurrence
持续改进和优化质量及流程，解决和分析生产问题的根源，防止问题再次发生。
7)Driving basic discipline deployment through all levels of management to reach high levels of 5S management & safety, ensure it is strictly implementation, and keep all working in a very clean and orderly work environment.
通过各级管理推动基本纪律部署，达到高水平的安全与5S管理，确保严格执行，让所有人工作在一个干净有序的工作环境。
8)Communicate with cross-functional team members in terms of demand fluctuation, people recruitment, technical support and new product introduction.
在需求波动，人员招聘，技术支持和新产品引进等方面与跨职能团队成员进行沟通。
9)OJT enforcing and promoting to match requirement from product and customer, deal with the conflict in kits factory
OJT的实施和推广以应对产品与客户的需求，处理kits工厂各级员工之间的矛盾冲突。
10)Other tasks assigned by upper management.
上级分配的其他任务。

其它说明
1)Bachelor degree or above, majored in engineering/chemistry/mechanical engineering/IE or equivalent;
本科以上学历，工程/化学/机械/工业工程等相关专业;
2)More than 10 years factory manager or senior manager experiences and 5+ years production managerial experience in international manufacturing company, 2+ years’ experience with engineering/maintenance is preferred
10年以上工厂经理/资深生产经理工作经验，5年以上国际制造企业生产管理经验，具有2年以上工程/设备相关经验优先。
3)Solid working experience on machining processing (GPC, GRC, CNC, etc.), furniture, automotive, EMS production is plus.
良好的机械加工(GPC、GRC、CNC设备等)、家具、汽车、电子等生产工作经验优先
4)Good experience on lean manufacturing (layout, continuous flow, VSM, etc.) and 6S is prefer.
良好的精益生产（产线布局、连续流、价值流程图等工具）和6S工作经验优先。
