职位介绍
1.Monitoring of chemical lab
Supervise for test on chemical lab daily operation
2.Continuous improvement project
Participate and drive the continuous improvement projects such as Steps, continuous improvement projects, etc.
3.Physical lab activity-IQC
1)Responsible for incoming test for all raw materials(Include glass tube, packaging materials);
2) Support local supplier qualification;
4. QC Reports
1) Perform data analysis deeply to address the root cause and focus area for quality continuous improvement;
2) Responsible for QC reports
5. Results communicating to production
Support QC staff to report results of analysis
6. Equipment And instrument managing
Verify raw material laboratory stock management; verify instruments management; Apply good laboratory practices on equipment and instruments; chemical raw material and equipment stock; tool cost verification
7. Staff Management
Organize work teams in order to accomplish production requirements; carry out activities regarding staff management(Annual leave, leaves, etc.); continuously monitor staff performances.
8. Customer audit
Attend to customer audit; organize and supervise QC staff to support QA during customer audits; responsibility for documentation of equipment and instrument
9. Others

其它说明
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. 5 years or above working experience in quality control department in pharmaceutical packing company or 5 years more working experience in quality control department in other manufacturing industry.
3. Be able to work independently under stress
4. High sense of responsibility, accountability, follow up spirit and cross functional collaboration.
5. Excellent problem solving skills, systematic thinking, result orientated, process approach
6. Good command of both written and oral English
