职位介绍
1. Provide Admin support to plant people
1) Actively work with other plant people to understand their needs and org needs
2) Ensure Valvoline security guidelines are implemented, and appropriate controls are maintained
3) Take part in the coordination with other dept. at plant to organize the related admin activities like team building, annual party, ceremony, company opening, customer/distributor visiting and activities at plant and local community activities to cultivate company culture.
4) Take part in the uniforms, working clothes, PPE management

2. Serve as the Reception administration, take part in the management of admin related service providers:
a) Canteen/Cafeteria management, Meal supplier management as well food safety control
b) Shuttle bus and vehicle management
c) Cleaning and house Keeping
d) Virescence Management

3. Company sign administration
4. Support stationary/furniture management
5. Support phone management
6. Support security management and plant access control system management
7. Invoice, reimbursement report and any other company docs collection and mailing
8. Support plant related certificate renewal, filing and retention
9. Coordinate with other detp. on plant documentation and archive management.
10. Coordinate on plant meeting room and related system/device preparation and management.
11. Support on related report-outs internally and externally (govt. related)
12. Help on related process of Employee on-boarding, resignation, retirement, and med check.
13. Support employee locker and bathroom management.
14. Other tasks assigned by manager.
