职位介绍
1.Mainly be responsible for IPN&PET Block Production process control;
负责IPN&PET Block生产的过程控制；
2.Formulate standard production process and supervise the implementation;
制订标准生产工艺并监督实施；
3.Analyze existing production resources, figure out a reasonable and feasible method to optimize process；
分析现有生产资源，提出合理的可行的方法优化工艺；
4.Improve production technology constantly to improve the stability and efficiency;
通过不断提高生产工艺来提升稳定性和效率；
5.Solve the production process problems and find the corrective and preventive measures;
及时解决生产时出现的工艺问题并找到纠正预防措施；
6.Maintain chemicals recipe, process recipe, expansion/extrusion process recipe, as well as the curing process recipe, including modification, and adjustment;
化学品配方，工艺曲线，发泡/挤出工艺曲线，固化工艺曲线的维护包括变更，调整；
7.Assess new products and new technology, transform them into what Diab needs; 对新产品、新技术引进进行评估，并进行消化吸收；
8.Responsible for the production process and recipe development of new products;
负责新产品的生产工艺或配方的开发；
9.Responsible for the follow-up for the test of new added raw material;
负责新增原料的试验/测试跟踪；
10.Use Lean and QC tool to improve production process, constantly improve the product FPA and PY;
使用精益及质量工具改善生产工艺，不断提高产品FPA以及PY；
11.Train employees according to the problems in the production process, continuously improve production capacity through continuous learning, training, new technology and methods;
针对生产过程中出现的问题培训员工，通过不断学习、培训新工艺、方法持续提高生产能力；
12.Check and track production situation、factory capacity analysis and capacity/capability plan and arrangement.
检查跟踪生产状况，工厂能力分析以及能力/能力计划及安排；
13.Other tasks assigned by manager;

其它说明
1.Bachelor degree in chemical engineering/equipment and technology , practical chemistry or equivalent discipline;
本科学历，化工设备工程与工艺，应用化学或类似专业；
2.3+ years working experience in MFG industry, mininum2+ years as process engineer is a must;
3年以上制造业经验，至少2年以上工艺工程师工作经验；
3.Knowledge and experience of 5S, visualization management are required, lean production experience is a priority;
具备5S，可视化管理的知识及经验，具备精益生产经验者优先；
