职位介绍
1) To establish and maintain a good work environment, be responsible for the daily administrative activities of the company, and provide efficient and high-quality daily administrative service support;
建立和维护良好的工作办公环境, 负责公司的日常行政工作，提供高效率、高质量的日常行政服务支持；
2) To implement company’s administration regulations, and follow the
administration and office facility budget, control cost and continual
optimization and improvement on all the admin and facility expenses;
根据公司的行政管理制度和工作流程开展工作，并遵照行政和办公设施预算，控制成本、持续优化和改善；
3) Execute administration routine jobs including but not limited: receptions, security, cleanness, vehicles, canteen, ticket&hotel booking arrangement, conference room management etc. as well as monthly expenses payment for above general affairs.
执行日常行政工作包括但不仅限于前台接待、安保、保洁、车辆、餐厅、票务和酒店预订、会议室管理等，及以上行政事务费用的月度结款。
4) Responsible for office supplies and stationary purchasing, storage and distribution based on contracts, suppliers’ performance measurement, monitoring and improvement.
负责办公用品和文具的采购、存放、分发，以及供应商评估、监管和改进；
5) Take responsibilities of office administration like office supply management, office facilities and fixed asset maintenance and management;
负责办公用品、办公设施、固定资产的维护及管理；
6) Support to organize company big events such as annual dinner, team building and yearly outing etc
协助组织公司大型集体活动，像年夜饭、团队建设、年度旅游等
7) Assist to handle with the application and extension of foreigner’s work permit and residence permit in China etc in align with PRC law and regulation;
根据中国法律法规，协助办理外国人来华工作许可、居留许可的申请和延期等相关事宜；
8) Other tasks assigned by superior and senior management

9) Know and implement relevant legal requirements; know company Code of Conduct; obey company"s EHS policy and
procedures.
