The first phase 100 million yuan and the plant area of about 12,000 square meters has been invested into the existing manufacture site in Suzhou. The company has built numbers of advanced production lines with independent intellectual property rights, with total annual production capacity of over 22,000 tons. It mainly produces super-soft materials with high-elasticity, non-skid, high-elongation, anti-mite and anti-bacteria, flame-retardant, and high-antistatic characteristics to provide customers with cost-effective spunbond nonwoven fabrics and melt-blown non-woven fabrics. Our application market targets at personal care, medical protection, beauty and health, high efficiency filtration, household, industry and agriculture and other customized and diversified fields. The melt-blown production lines with an annual output of 4,000 tons adopt process techniques such as hydro-charged and electric-charged and its products passed with FFP2 and FFP3 qualification. The company plans to lead the development and production of Asia functional super-soft materials within five years as the most influential enterprise employer. Doro devotes to lead domestic and international nonwoven materials’ research development, pushing the cooperation of technology and market in nonwoven material’s application. Doro team has total above 100 persons (average age less than 35 years old, above 60 percent with college education even higher degree). Doro technology research center with above 20 persons leading by 2 Ph.D and 2 masters and with the advanced test instruments and methods are committed to the cross-areas study in new products, new process and applications, attracting and promoting the close cooperation between Doro and numbers of nonwoven related universities, “Research & Development Centers”and “Industry-University-Research” sites.
