工作职责：
Job Responsibilities：
1. Obey the rules issued by company, perform daily maintenance activities to ensure all the equipment and facility running smoothly;
遵守公司各项管理制度，完成日常的维修工作保证生产设备和设施的正常运行;
2. Responsible for preventive maintenance activities and make records according to the PM planning;
根据预防性维修计划对设备进行预防性维修并做好记录;
3. Make sure all equipment in good condition and sign in maintenance work order in time, Root cause analysis if needed;
确保所有设备处于良好的状态，及时填写维修工作单，维修后及时总结分析故障原因和提出改进计划;
4. Participate in the new equipment and machinery installation and commissioning;
参与新设备和新机器的安装和调试;
5. Responsible for 5S of maintenance workshop and working area;
维修车间和维修工作区域的5S工作;
6.Finish other works arranged by maintenance supervisor/manager;
完成维修主管和维修经理安排的其他工作;

招聘要求：
Job Requirements：
1. Technical secondary school or above, major in electrical/mechanical or related, with high and low electricity certification is preferable;
中专以上学历，机电一体化等相关专业，持有高压和低压电工证优先;
2. Understand hydraulic and pneumatic principle; familiar with PLC;
懂液压和气动原理，熟悉PLC;
3. Have good awareness of TPM and familiar with the maintenance procedure of equipment;
有良好的TPM意识并熟悉设备维修流程;
4. Above 3 years working experience; strong hands-on skill and self-study ability; with the experience of press machine maintenance is preferable;
3年以上工作经验，较强的动手能力和自学能力，最好有修理压机的经验;
5. Command of good English reading skill on technical information;
良好的英文技术资料阅读能力;
6. Good team work spirit; strong sense of responsibility and initiative in work;
具备良好的团队合作精神、有较强的责任感，工作主动性强;
7. Work 3-shift as required;
能够适应3班倒工作.
