职位介绍
1) Follow Quality Management and Company Purchasing Management System, collect and audit supplier, set up full supplier profile database.
按照质量管理体系和公司采购管理程序，收集和初审供应商信息，建立完善供应商档案
2) Based on ERP and Production Planning, maintain purchasing order or contract, follow the delivery to meet demand
根据ERP和生产计划，在系统中维护采购订单或合同，跟催交货，保证供应
3) Record supplier delivery and quality, as a database for supplier periodical evaluation
对供应商的交付、质量等表现进行记录，作为供应商阶段性评估的依据
4) Develop, coordinate and manage outsourcing supplier, improve supplier delivery performance and product quality together with Quality and Technical department.
开发、协调和管理外加工供应商，与质量、技术一起改善供应商的交付绩效和产品质量
5) Source and negotiation with supplier for competitive proposal and meet the whole Project schedule
为项目采购开发寻找有竞争力的供应商和报价，同时满足项目整体进度要求
6) Maintain item and data in purchasing system, find and put forward potential saving opportunities
维护、分析ERP系统中的料号和数据，发现和提出潜在的改善和节约机会
7) Deal with related payment application with Finance Department
协助财务部门备齐请款所需文件
8) Filing the files timely
及时整理采购部门的文件，归档
9) Understand and strictly follow safety and environmental instructions for all specific jobs,
理解和严格遵守所有涉及安全/环境相关工作的要求
10) Undertake any other related jobs when assigned
