职位介绍
Validate supporting documents for Sales invoice/billing;
Create SAP billing document and Golden Tax invoices;
Express Golden tax invoices to customers;
Prepare AR Reports (Days Sales Outstanding)
Prepare AR Aging reports and AR account reconciliation;
Review and reconcile customer activity statements, as requested by the customer;
Validate I/C AR balances;
Reconcile VAT-out between Golden tax system and SAP;
Complete related closing process and documentation;
Indirect tax filling which includes VAT and all kinds of local taxes;
Prepare related tax payment request;
Create general entry of VAT and other indirect tax transactions;
Prepare VAT and other indirect tax account reconciliations;
Assist on internal / external audit;
Develop A/R customer services for both internal and external;
