工作职责：

Job Responsibilities :
- Be responsible for the EHSS and Product Stewardship of related area and positions to ensure compliance of company policy and national laws and related regulations.
- Supervise routine shipping operation, including import & export, domestic road transportation, multi-transportation, railway transportation, bulk delivery & sample delivery etc. (not limit to raw materials, finish goods and equipment etc.)
- Site bonded material & bonded book management
- Develop, maintain and optimize distribution channel be professional, efficiency, quality, safety and economic, ensuring all inbound and outbound are timely to meet customer needs.
- Promote best practice or digitalization/new technology or tools, to improve productivity or distribution transparency, proactively take action to mitigate supply bottleneck or risk.
- Establish and maintain an effective communication channel within logistics function team internally, CSR/MRP/sales and other stakeholder as well; keep good relationship with authority in accordance with compliance. Collect marketing intelligence for business development.
- Understand IATF16949 related requirements; provide customers with products and services that meet requirements in accordance with legal and regulatory, customer requirements and internal management processes.
- People management, including subordinate"s entry or resignation/layoff issue, skill/capability or career development, rotation and backup system etc.
- Logistics service provider (LSP) management, including not limit to design and monitor KPIs, spot check, performance review or complaint management.
- Regularly participate in the training of customs laws and regulations or internal customs services training.
- Other task assigned by supervisor.
 
Qualifications Required:
  - Bachelor"s Degree required, over 5 years work experience in logistics function. Multinational company"s logistics experience and in Chemical industry is an advantage;
  - Fluent English in writing, reading and speaking.
  - Good leadership and management skill.
  - Good communication and problem-solving skill, customer oriented.
  - Self-motivated, curious in learning, result oriented and teamwork spirited.
  - Proficient in Microsoft Word"" Excel"" PowerPoint"" internet research. SAP software"s an advantage.
