职位介绍
Responsibilities
1. Daily facility and admin work, including maintains facility storage room manage, meeting manage and related facility issues.
2. Assist in document filing work of upcoming Facility Projects(plan/monitor/handling)for FirJiang"s facilities
3. Assist in recording of colleagues’ complaints and resolve complaints together with Facility Manager.
4. Assist in communication with related contractor, such as CBRE and their vender like cleaning company, security, greenery and all maintenance contracts.
5. Support Facility Manager to express delivery work.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree
2. Excellent intercultural and communication skills, proactive attitude, diligent, stress resistant and willing to learn
3. Proficient knowledge in MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
4. Fluent in both oral and written English
5. Committed and available to work at least 3 days a week for 6 months
