职位介绍
Be a technical engineer/leader of process. Take full ownership on assigned process to set-up, validate and detect risk according to six-sigma capability and manufacturability, communicate to stakeholders and mitigate risks to meet project quality, cost, yield, and delivery.
Continuous Improvement

Responsibility:
1. Responsible to product technical and process documents control: create, release, change, save, distribute, back and engineering change control;
2. Handle the process actives in project, deliver the result on time, Participate the process and equipment concept/design review, responsible for the process delivery performance.
3. Work with global team and take the lead in local for potential assigned localization project, deliver per set C.S.P.
4. Mass production process management. process document for new transmission SOP (drawing, flow chart, PFMEA, production datasheet, work instructions etc.) Release the process documents, training and check the production team follow the process strictly;
5. Ensures equipment and manufacturing processes are ready and available for customer critical events including run at rate, PPAP and Audit.
6. Develop and maintain process standard and document such as SKU, BOM, Routine, WI, Process setting, etc.
7. Analyse the key indicators of production (e.g. productivity, Failure cost , Reject, External PPM, Customer Complaint, FTNT, etc.) give suggestions, write the analyze report when need, improve the production quality and productivity;
8. Respond to production feedback and provide prompt support to front lines.
9. Implement continuous improvement with lean and IE tools, kaizen, improvement project to contribute productivity, quality improvement.
10. Additional tasks from supervisor.

Job Qualifications:职位要求
- Chemical, Texitle, Composite or Mechanical related, bachelor or above
- Above 5 years of experience of process development.
- Familiar with TS16949, APQP, Lean-Manufacturing.
- Familiar with processes, such as Extrusion/Casting/Composite.
- Strong logical and trouble shooting capability.
- Solid experience in process development.
- Experience of project management.
- Self motivated and accountable.
- Good English communication in oral and written.
- Ability to work under pressure.
