职位介绍
Major Responsibilities:
1.Review the current IATF QMS and find the opportunities for improvement;
评估现有的IATF质量管理体系，寻找改进的机会
2.Lead internal product audit, process audit and QMS internal audit on regular basis to evaluate the QMS effectiveness and adequacy;
定期主导内部产品审核、过程审核和质量管理体系内审，以确保质量管理体系适合且有效
3.Prepare and lead the customer audits;
筹备和主导客户审核
4.Work with team and lead audits from registrar on annual basis;
与团队合作，主导年度的审核
5.Track the audit finding causes analysis and action, and implementation;
追踪审核发现项原因分析和行动计划，以及执行情况
6.Provide team training to improve the quality awareness;
提供团队培训以提高质量意识
7.Track the quality performance and evaluate if the key performance indicators defined in the turtle charts are met;
跟踪质量绩效，评估是否达到乌龟图中定义的关键绩效指标
8.Control the QMS documentation effectively for internal and external purpose;
为内部和外部目的有效控制质量管理体系文件
9.Involve in the Layered Process Audit;
参与分层过程审核
10.Other tasks required by the manager or the company;

Key Competencies:
1.Solid knowledge of IATF 16949:2016;
扎实的IATF 16949:2016知识
2.Good understanding of Process Approach;
良好的关于过程方法的理解
3.Experience with leading internal audit, automotive customers and 3rd party audits;
有主导内审、汽车客户以及第三方审核的经验
4.Knowledge of core tools, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA;
核心工具知识，如APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA;
5.Good communication skill in local language and English;

Education and Experience:
1.5 years’ experience in automotive industry;
5年汽车行业工作经验
