职位介绍
Requirement:

- College or university graduated in fashion textile field or related.
- 3-5 years experiences minimum
- Good command of Speak/Written English.
- Have knowledge for AQL system and expert in garment sewing for both woven and knit.
- Able to use Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc) professionally.

-Able to take biz traveling frequently

- Able to read all the client’s manual, packing, qc, logistics, etc, Can go to different factories while production is to start, then while it is running and finally at inspection/packing stage so that we can ensure optimum quality and no rejections or potential delays.

- Passion for fashion, customer, merchandising and retail, Good planning & organizing skill, Problem solving and effective communication skills, Pro-activity, flexibility and continuous learning.



Job Responsibilities:

– Check out the inspection package passed from Merchandiser team and have proper and timely communication with Merchandiser team in case some information is missing before the actual inspection.
– During the in-site inspection, able to discover the quality issues including material quality issue, fitting issue, pattern or garment construction issue, and have knowledge to provide suggestions for factories to improve or to work together with factories to find the solution.
– Efficient and smooth communication with suppliers/factories and internal different functional teams for production quality issues and concerns with a problem-solving mindset as always.
- Send the inspection report timely as request and reflect quality issues with reasonable suggestions for improvement.
- Efficient and smooth communication with internal team.
