AAK China is looking for a skilled Process Technician that will be operating in our less than two years old OPO-plant in Zhangjiagang. The plant is running all year round, 24/7 and you will – after adequate training participate in the shift pattern:
Your main tasks and responsibilities will be:
1.Operating and controlling all areas of the OPO plant. This include - Changing of enzymes, changing of police filter bags, Plan and ensure process aids are available and surplus/spend is removed
2.Regularly inspections in the factory and if needed make decisions and take necessary actions to ensure safe production of quality products within specifications
3.Ensure that the factory is kept clean and tidy and execute part of the cleaning
4.Sampling and delivery of samples to the QC-lab, follow-up on lab analyses and make necessary adjustment to the process
7. Continuously following up on yields and make sure the production is operating in the most optimal way
8. Ensuring adequate level of GMP, food safety and HACCP is sustained
9. Update recipes (BOM) when necessary
11. Make the tank planning and coordinate with responsible planner and coordinate with other production departments. Continuously follow-up on the plan and make necessary adjustments. Pass information’s on to relevant departments
12. Execute necessary CILT and other preventive maintenance.
About you
We believe you have
1.A high level of reliability and accountability
2.Knowledge of standardization and ability to revise or create SOP’s in the OPO plant area
3.Agile and with a Technical background as operator, mechanic, fitter, electrician or similar
4.Experience from food industry is an advantage, but not mandatory
5.Speaks English at a relative high level and willing to improve if necessary
