职位介绍
职责概述工作任务
一、标本检验1、遵守检验中心规章制度，严格按检验技术操作规程进行规范化检验操作；
2、定期检查试剂，核对试剂，校正仪器，保证检验质量，防止差错、事故的发生。
二、标本管理1、遵照检验中心标本管理制度的要求做好检验标本交接的核对和登记，对不能立即检验的标本，应妥善保管，防止污染、变质；
2、严格执行外送标本管理制度，详细记录标本名称、数量、检验项目及送检人和接收人姓名，并做好回传数据的登记和准确录入；
3、对不合格标本做到及时登记并与相关体检中心联系。
三、检验结果处理1、负责检验结果的核对记录，及时核实、复查有疑问的检验结果；
2、发现重大阳性结果应及时上报并通知体检中心客服医生，做好登记。
四、生物安全管理1、保持实验室清洁、整齐、卫生，实验仪器和用具使用后应及时清洗；
2、注意生物安全，做好个人防护，对有传染性的标本和医疗废弃物由专人负责，定点放置，防止污染。
五、仪器设备管理负责定期维护保养检验仪器设备并做好记录，保证仪器的正常运行，发现问题及时上报。
六、业务学习参加子公司组织的专业学习和业务培训，积极学习和应用国内、外新技术，提升自身技术水平。
