职位介绍
1)Launch new product introduction based on Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production part approval process (PPAP), and products/material homologation with cross functions
主导新产品质量先期策划及导入，产品件批准程序、产品/材料同系化等。
2)Champion the supplier onboarding process for new suppliers including verification of all aspects for process capability, quality systems, measurement and gauging, manufacturing capacity, and others
主导新供应商导入的程序，包括验证供应商的流程能力、质量系统、测量实验能力、生产能力等。
3)Work to develop, assess, and improve existed supplier manufacturing processes and Quality Metrics (PPM Suspect, Cost, Delivery, etc.), coordinate supplier de-sourcing activities.
制定、评估和改进现有供应商的制造流程和质量指标（如PPM、成本、交付等），协调与供应商的采购活动。
4)Deal with all kinds of complaints and defects (from final customer side, Diab plant or group, etc.) related supplier sides, drive supplier 8D and follow up the corrective action implementation onsite.
处理各种与供应商相关的投诉和不良（包括来来自最终客户端的、Diab工厂的以及集团的等等），推动供应商8D报告以及对8D报告的纠正预防措施的实施状况验证。
5)Support achievement of company Quality, Cost, Deliver objectives by providing training (customer, Diab spec, etc.), technical assistance, and other support to supplier.
通过向供应商提供培训（客户、公司的要求）、技术援助和其它支持，协助达成公司的质量、成本和交付目标。
6)Regular and irregular audits (customer, plant, and group), execute CAPA for a higher quality performance, and monitoring the validity.
妥善安排、处理各种到供应商处的定期和不定期的审核（来自客户、工厂和集团），基于纠正预防，改善提升各种审核工作并监督有效性；
7)Execute change management, follow changes are implemented validly.
执行变更管理，跟踪变更被有效贯彻。
8)Lead, train and improve the related technician.
对下属相关的技术人员进行指导和培训；
9)Understand and strictly follow safety and environmental requirements;
理解和严格遵守所有涉及安全/环境相关工作的要求；
10)Fulfill other designated jobs if necessary timely.
及时完成上级交代的其它任务。
其它说明
1)College degree or above majored in chemistry or material related;
大专或以上学历，化学或材料相关专业背景；
2)More than 3 years’ experience in Supplier Quality Assurance, core material is preferred;
至少3年供应商质量管理的工作经验, 夹芯材料行业优先。
3)Ability to read and follow test standards, engineering specifications and drawings in English;
具备阅读英文版测试标准，工程规范和图纸的能力；
4)Highly proficient with Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint is required;
熟练使用微软办公软件，如Word， Excel， PowerPoint等；
5)Good oral and written English skill;
