职位介绍
1.Be responsible for Training,including employee orientation,internal and external training.
2.Manage the personnel files, labor contract, on-board & resign process.
3.To support on monthly and annual HR report, provide the data, materials and analysis accordingly.
4.Assist on employee relationship management, improve employee satisfaction continuously.
5.Maintain and update HR data in HR system.
6.Coordinate and organize the cultural activities.
7.Other jobs the supervisor assigned.
