职位介绍
1) Follow EHS rule and reach department target of Zero accidents
遵守安全规章，达成部门生产0事故目标；
2) Comply with the company"s management system to ensure the safety policy is implemented in a safe state；
遵守公司各项管理制度，确保自身的工作在安全状态下执行公司的安全政策；
3) Take responsible for daily maintenance activities to ensure the equipment in the best situation in new Kitting factory;
负责新套材工厂生产线设备日常维修工作并确保设备处于最佳状态；
4) Take responsible for handle sudden equipment failure and ensure normal production of the factory and reduce the production line stop rate to the maximum ;
负责处理突发性设备故障，保证工厂的正常生产和最大限度的降低生产线的停线率；
5) Make preventive maintenance plan and take part in PM;
制定预防性维修计划并积极参与；
6) Optimize preventive maintenance plan according to current equipment running condition ;
根据当前设备运行情况优化预防性维修计划；
7) Make continuous improvement plan for equipment related to safety,quality,productivity and capability;
制定与安全、质量、生产效率、设备能力相关的设备持续改进计划;
8) Manage the spare parts in a proper safety stock level;
管理备件在合适的安全库存范围内;
9) Participate in new equipment and new process in the new project;
参与新项目中新设备和新工艺的引进工作;
10) Take responsible for maintenance related ISO document for customer audit;
负责维修相关的ISO文件管理供客户审核;
11) Provide training and instruction to maintenance technician. ;
给维修技术员提供培训和指导;
12) Complete other works arranged by supervisor
完成上级主管安排的其他工作;

1) Technical secondary school or above, majored in electrical and mechanical background;
本科以上学历，机械或电气等相关专业背景;
2) At least 5 years working experience in electrical or mechanical maintenance;
