职位介绍
•Answer support calls from internal employees.
•Level 1 & 2 support of IT issues with user computer applications system and network devices.
•Support, Monitoring and Maintaining Company Citrix system.
•Support, Monitoring Company ERP system (BlueScreen).
•Record incidents and resolutions using IT Management software (ServicesNow).
•Installing, Monitoring, Maintaining user workstations, operating systems, computer applications.
•Maintaining phone system, printer, scanner, PDA, network devices, HP thin client, security access door system.
•Perform recurring tasks, weekly system reports, IT inventory, computer and server maintenance.
•Assuring compliance with internal controls related to particular IT functions.
•Providing technical back-up for other systems management and administration roles.
•Provide computer training to end-users.
•In chargre of all ZJG branch’s IT vendors and contractor
•Provide similar services to other Simpson Strong-Tie locations in Asia including Shanghai, Taiwan and Vietnam offices in addition to Zhangjiagang manufacturing facility
•Other special projects.
