Key Responsibilities:
The purpose of this job is to effectively provide good service to customers and meet their requirements , coordinate activities internally with Sales, Planning ,QC and Logistics of the region.
1.Efficiently process Order-to-Cash activities to meet customer service level target;
2.Perform and monitor the daily orders end to end process, liaise with customer for orders follow up;
3.Co-ordinate with logistics for order processing issue;
4.Collect forecast information from customers and maintain it in SAP system;
5.Establish and maintain good relationships with customer to meet their requirement;
6.Handle customer complaints ?Complete task if assigned by line manager.
