职位介绍
1.Ensure to comply with all related laws, regulations, and Company policies and procedures in the course of conducting each job.

4.Provide direction and technical support for the operations and maintenance training program.

5.To assist the Plant Manager work with other departments on safety, daily and a long term operations and maintenance improvements, engineering projects, environmental health and safety improvements and projects, IT and other general and specific plant-related/business-related issues to ensure the correct products are produced to meet sales demand.

Qualification / Experience
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in chemical machinery or chemical engineering, about 40 years old.
本科或以上学历，化工机械或化工工程相关专业，年龄40岁左右。
2.More than 5 years relevant experience of chemical process operations or maintenance in the petrochemical industry.
五年以上在化工行业的化学工艺生产或维修经验。
3.Fluent in spoken English.
英语口语流利。
4.Familiar with drawing software.
熟练使用绘图软件。
5.Solid leadership and management skills required.
很强的领导和管理能力。
6.Good interpersonal, negotiation and facilitating skills.
良好的人际关系和沟通能力。
