Daily and weekly work schedule produced, delegated, monitored and adapted as appropriate to ensure all timelines are met;
制定每日及每周的工作计划，分配及监管工作任务，并进行适当的调整以满足交期；
Accountable for the accuracy of all drawings of the assigned projects; Check all the engineering and appropriate documents are correctly stored;

Direct the engineering team to solve and develop value engineering alternatives;

Coordinate with US counterpart to develop and improve the design concepts into working and cost efficient engineering;
与美国同事合作，开发和改进设计理念，使之成为有效的和具有成本优势的工程；
Overseeing of all prototypes, production assembly and packaging; and ensuring it is correct and up to company’s standard;
监督所有打样和大货组装和包装方法，确保准确无误且符合公司标准；
Price estimations / ballparking for any products and train engineers continuously to provide estimations;

Key Requirements:
任职要求：
Over bachelor degree in the major of Engineering or similar field; Fluent English in both spoken and written;
本科及以上学历，工程类相关专业，流利的英语听说读写；
10+ years’ experience in related field, and rich experience in people management;
10年以上相关行业经验,以及丰富的人员管理经验
High working proficiency with Solid works, CAD, Sketchup and/or relevant engineering software; Familiar with other technical software;
熟练使用solid works, CAD、Sketchup以及其他相关绘图软件并熟悉其他技术软件；
Excellent in time management and work under pressure；
